Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: phpmyadmin

Avahi allows services to announce themselves over the network using the
Zeroconf protocol. This is done by creating a .service file in
/etc/avahi/services containing the details of the service.
Avahi also allows other programs to manipulate discovered services. Example
given: Epiphany shows all nearby sites under Bookmarks->Nearby Sites.

I suggest to include a .service file with PHPMyAdmin to make it easier
to find on the network. Not everyone knows where to search for the tool
and it would be a nice service to our users.

** Affects: phpmyadmin (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
