Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ksshaskpass
On my laptop (x86_64) with Kubuntu 9.04 if ksshaskpass is invoked via ssh-add, after entering the passphrase, ksshaskpass seems to hang for ca. 30s before either adding the identity or reporting bad passphrase. If x11-ssh-askpass is invoked instead of ksshaskpass, the response is immediate. I use following packages versions: openssh-client: 1:5.1p1-5ubuntu1 ssh-askpass: 1:1.2.4.1-7 ksshaskpass: 0.4.1-1 I could also reproduce the bug on a different x86_64 machine, with the same packages. ** Affects: ksshaskpass (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- ssh-add with ksshaskpass hangs https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/368865 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
