Public bug reported:
After resuming from suspend, the keyboard repeat is turned off. To re-
enable it, I have to go back to Keyboard settings, turn it off (it
thinks its on), then turn it back on again. Not difficult, but very
annoying when you forget about it.
This happens in Jaunty and was happening in Intrepid,
on a Dell 1420n laptop.
