Ok, I updated to Jaunty but I still get the same, wrong, results (compared to the results on an ext3 partition).
So this means on my computer, I CAN reproduce the bug, contradicting with Szabolcs Szakacsits statement. My ntfs-3g man page says version 2009.2.1, I think Ubuntu uses 'internal FUSE' and kernel is even newer: 2.6.28-11-generic.
