What good is it to reenable the icon? The question is not about just
getting that pretty orange icon back, but getting the old behavoir back.
Right now, the icon is visible only when update -manager is manually
started.
Its been a few days and i havent seen the icon reappear on its own.
This sucks.Keep the new notify osd its cool but dont remove things which
were nice and efficient.
