Just curious if anyone has tested the more recent Jaunty Jackalope 9.04 release - http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download . You may also want to give the linux-backports-modules-jaunty package a try as it has an updated compat-wireless stack as of master-2009-03-24 - https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-backports-modules-2.6.28 .
