You are trying to do the upgrade from a local mirror on your network and
it appears that this mirror does not have packages for Jaunty Jackalope.
Either you upgrade your local mirror with Ubuntu 9.04 packages or
download them from an internet server.
To select an internet server, open synaptic, go to Settings ->
Repositories and select your server from the Download From menu.
