You can reproduce this simply by opening this bug report in Konqueror
:-). In fact, that's how I discovered it:

And here is a second paragraph. With some more text. Neat, huh?
If you try to copy+paste this text from this web page, into e.g. the "add
comment" text box, you will lose the blank line which separates the paragraphs,
i.e.:
Here is some text. This is the first paragraph.
And here is a second paragraph. With some more text. Neat, huh?
