Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: plasma-widget-network-manager

I right-click the plasma icon for NetworkManager, and select 'Network
Managment'. Then I setup a wireless network with a WEP key and save it.
I can now see the new entry in the 'Wireless' tab, but it is unusable: there is
no way to connect to that network by selecting and clicking on the
corresponding line, nor can I find any 'connect' button.
If I left-click the plasma icon, I can see the same wireless SSID, but when
attempting to connect to it a dialog pops up asking again for network
configuration data, including the WEP key!
