Well... if I remove all config about eth0 in /etc/network/interfaces, the network-manager applet in gnome says: Device is unmanaged under wired network. But the Ethernet network works perfectly. Using ifconfig the eth0 interface is well configured (right IP address and default gateway).
If I leave all concerning eth0 in /etc/network/interfaces, the network-manager applet seems to work for the wired network, it gets the DHCP infos (apparently) but the network does not work at all. Using ifconfig the eth0 interface seems not to be configured (the IP address is missing as well as the default gateway). Which syslog can be useful?
