I can confirm this issue also occurs on a new installation of Jaunty with cGmail 0.5 installed.
Installation of python 2.5 (the python2.5 package) and changing cGmail to use python2.5 - by changing the first line of the /usr/bin/cgmail and /usr/bin/cgmailservice scripts allows cGmail to start. E.g. #!/usr/bin/python is changed to #!/usr/bin/python2.5 Unfortunately I then receive the error below when checking my gmail account: "Warning: <urlopen error (1, 'error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol')>" ** Changed in: cgmail (Ubuntu) Status: Invalid => New -- ImportError: No module named cGmail.manager.accountswindow https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/212002 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
