Reinstalled my computer with a Jaunty live cd. No kded4 with 100% cpu problem at all. But behavior in KDE is pretty slow: I noticed my Xorg often rising around 90%. It's a bulk installation, with Intrepid weren't any problem, so there should still be a bug crawling somewhere...
