Expected Results: either (1) python-launchpadlib should be a prereq of apport,
or (2) the message should state something like "please install
python-launchpadlib as follows: "sudo apt-get install python-launchpadlib"
Actual Results: when running apport-collect for a bug (and python-
launchpadlib is not installed), user receives the following message:
" Please install the package "python-launchpadlib"
