When I try to install the HP deskjet 550c printer via Printer
Configuration none of the listed drivers work. All I get is the "busy"
light always on on the printer and "printer disconnected" if I attempt
to print a page. Apart from this the latest Printer Configuration
utility is quite poor because you have to manually select a parallel
printer, which most new users are going to have no idea how to do.
