I found a quickly solution for this bug. =) As I want to use a good flavor of KDE 4.2 and Kubuntu is not providing me that (once my desktop is shared between me and my father, and my father does not know how to restart KDM), I tried the Mandriva Spring RC2 and it is working pretty better than the final version o Kubuntu 9.04.
So you can close this bug guys, as in almost 3 weeks no one give any update to it.
