Are all of you out there having this problem experiencing it while running Compiz Fusion? I managed to accidentally crash Compiz and noticed that the positioning of windows when popping up were different when resorting back to Metacity. This got me thinking. So I started up ffmpeg and recorded my desktop while I played around with some stuff.
