@daniel-jacobs, since you are the original bug reporter, can you test the latest daily image http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ and confirm if this was resolved for you? ie this is a duplicate of bug 363038.

If you could test and provide your feedback that would be great.
