Binary package hint: yelp
Desktop effects fails to start after upgrade to 9.04 from 8.10.
I can run manually by doing "SKIP_CHECKS=yes compiz"
but its temp, i have to do it all the time.. another bug is that even it works
by this work around
if I press "ctl+c", the main window pannel disappears (the one with minimize,
close button..) system stop taking any input from the keyboard.
