** Description changed:
Xorg under kvm, using an xorg.conf from earlier versions (i.e. via
upgrades from Intrepid and earlier) contained wacom sections (though the
VM lacks the device). If I have the device listed in ServerLayout, Xorg
crashes:
...
Section "InputDevice"
Driver "wacom"
Identifier "stylus"
Option "Device" "/dev/input/wacom"
Option "Type" "stylus"
Option "ForceDevice" "ISDV4" # Tablet PC ONLY
EndSection
...
Section "ServerLayout"
Identifier "Default Layout"
Screen "Default Screen"
InputDevice "Generic Keyboard"
InputDevice "Configured Mouse"
#InputDevice "stylus" "SendCoreEvents"
#InputDevice "cursor" "SendCoreEvents"
#InputDevice "eraser" "SendCoreEvents"
EndSection
If I comment in the stylus input section, Xorg crashes on startup. (Did
not try with the other "cursor" or "eraser" devices, as stylus was
sufficient to crash X.)
