As I suspect you're using my version of osd-notify, you should try "make
uninstall". As I didn't change the any makefiles this will work if it
worked for the original package.

But be aware that it might be a design decision not to be able to
uninstall this peace of software. In that case you could try to install
and remove the *.deb (apt-get install osd-notify; apt-get remove osd-
notify). This should first overwrite and than remove the files you
installed with "make install".
