Public bug reported: I do not know if It's related to nvidia or not, but it happens all the time I suspend.
Gigabyte mainboard (GA-P35-DS4) I've ran both memtest86+ for quite a few cycles (no errors) and a combination of memtester+cpuburn without issues (Cooling seems quite up to the task) so I'm led to conclude it's not a hardware issue.
