On more diggint it seems that
Optio.n "AccelMethod" "EXA"
Option "MigrationHeuristic" "greedy"
affects system tray icon on non kde applications in kubuntu. Do not know how
its affects gnomes system tray.
Can any one using this option on a gnome desktop comment on this?
