trying to set default device with padevchooser to my preferred soundcard does not do *anything*, anything at all. All applications go thorugh the other soundcard. I have to move every application, every stream to the correct soundcard. Why does setting the default soundcard not work? Why pulseaudio chooses *not* the default alsa soundcard for playback but the other is beyond any reasonable logic. Please take a look at this before the release.
