I can confirm this bug in kubuntu-desktop 1.121, It tries to install usb-creator which tries to install: libgtk2.0-0 gksu gnome-keyring libgksu2-0 libgnome-keyring0 libpam-gnome-keyring mtools python-glade2 syslinux
