Hi Jim,
That mean the user zobbychris (or someone using his account) was
replying to bugmail in Launchpad, so people subscribed to that bug
(including him) were receiving the emails. His account is deactivated
now, he needs to figure out if something happened on his side with his
mail/Launchpad account.
