Public bug reported: I am using a dell mini 9. I boot up from an external hard drive into 9.04 UNR. I can see the icon for the internal hard drive in the right hand side of the menu, but when I click on it nothing happens. If I go to one of the other places to open up Nautilus I can again see the internal drive on the left. If I click on it, I am prompted for my password and then I can acess the contents. Now when I go back to the UNR desktop, the internal hard drive icon has the eject button next to it, and I can access it.
This bug is very easy to reproduce. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide to help resolve the bug. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- UNR 9.04 Can not mount internal hard drive from menu when running from an external hard drive https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/359284 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
