Maybe this could help: Serbia received new top level domain - RS. RS will completly replace old (and discontinued) YU top level domains in 2009.
Serbian langugae should be marked with sr_RS. Second thing specific to serbian language is that it can be represented eqaly with Latin or with Cyrilic code pages. So when you translate some english text, one have to choose which aplhabet you want to use. You can create latin serbian text from cyrilic serbian text via simple one-on-one letter code translation. By serbian law, cyrilic is "more equal", and considerred default, but internet users prefer latin.
