I hate changing the status of tickets I'm not the owner over, but this
issue is *still* an issue and marking it as 'incomplete' apparently puts
it on a fast track for removal. The Keyboard Shortcuts option for 'Raise
obscured window, otherwise lower' is associated with a metacity gconf
entry (/apps/metacity/window_keybindings/raise_or_lower). No key under
/apps/compiz would even seem to have the same function. This issue is
still very much alive. I'd be very interested to see the "gconftool-2
--dump /" of anyone who has got this working (along with a hint of what
your keybinding is).
