Additionally, I'm running Edgy, and the KTorrent version is 2.0.3+dfsg1-0ubuntu1 . Instead of the location shown in the screenshot, the tray icon will sometimes also end up slightly lower, about over where the Firefox window's icon is. But occasionally it ends up in the right place.
