Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ubuntu-restricted-extras
I just noticed ubuntu-restricted-extras in the Feisty multiverse repository at the same time that I noticed the sun-java6-* packages; unfortunately ubuntu-restricted-extras still depends on the sun-java5-* ones. Please, as a wishlist-type bug, change the dependency to the latest Java version. http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=262603 from September extols the GUI virtues of Java 6. http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=326924 mentions how much better Azureus runs in it.
