Public bug reported: After every boot, the master channel of my sound card is muted. I see there's bugs 316430 and 299093 which describe a similar problem, but they are both marked as fixed and I have Jaunty updated with the latest packages, so I'm maybe having another issue?
This is on a Thinkpad T60 laptop, with an Intel onboard sound chip: hunzi...@alext60:/proc/asound$ cat cards 0 [Intel ]: HDA-Intel - HDA Intel HDA Intel at 0xee400000 irq 17 I'll attach the outputs of /var/lib/alsa/asound.state and amixer -Dhw:0 directly after boot, and after resetting the volume to something decent. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- [jaunty] Sound muted after boot https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/352732 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
