Bad news: KVM_CAP_DESTROY_MEMORY_REGION_WORKS only appears in kvm.h from kernel 2.6.29. As jaunty is based on 2.6.28, it seems we won't be able to use kvm acceleration directly in qemu. We'll have to stick with the modified qemu provided by kvm until the next version of ubuntu.
