I am not sure I understand. Launchpad will import whatever is in upstream. Some suggestions might come from older packages which still use Cyrillic in "uz", but they'll be only suggestions. Once everything from upstream was re-imported (should happen relatively soon after you guys fix it upstream: whenever it's packaged in Ubuntu), Launchpad should have correct translations.
