Rocko, we're preparing a debug version. Monitor the team's PPA at https://launchpad.net/~notify-osd-developers/+archive/ppa where it will be uploaded. It will log synchronous bubbles in particular, as only normal/asynchronous ones are currently logged in ~/.cache/notify-osd.log
