I have a similar bug on Ubuntu: <0>Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt and then, sometimes: atkdb.c:Spurious ACK on isa0060/serio0. Some program might be trying access hardware directly (repeatidily)
This happen only when I entered init level 3, a few seconds after gdm launches(I tried with kdm... the same).
