Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
After starting gnome-sound-properties, the Help button (bottom left)
starts the help viewer, and the help therein provided does not describe
gnome-sound-properties. It refers to tabs that are not visible or
available in the g-s-p window ("System Bell", "Sound Events"). Perhaps
it is the help file for an older or upstream version of g-s-p?
