Normally, the duplicate(s) is (are) the one(s) which have the highest bug numbers. (I know of the the massive amount of bugs, I receive a part of them, because I belong to certain teams). Moreover, I tested this bug on Feisty, so we can deduce that it probably hadn't been fixed upstream.
