The messages are usually information-only.

You don't say whether this occurs after the PC was hibernated and then
it fails to resume and instead does a complete restart. If so, that *is*
a bug.

However, if the messages are the expected ones for any normal boot then
there is no problem.

Each time the kernel boots from disk (cold start/ resume from hibernate
are the same thing initially) it looks for a hibernate image. If it
doesn't find one it reports it

and continues with a 'normal' boot.
