The "Install Ubuntu" option now takes up the entire screen, and creates
only a single virtual desktop. I think (and I've conferred with Colin
on this) that when ubiquity is run from the desktop (in "Try or install
Ubuntu" mode) it should still leave the window management options as-is.
Colin also pointed out that the workspace switcher is visible in this
case.
