Checking on my installation, I think your gnunet-gtk errors come from
the fact that you have an ancient custom installation in /usr/local.
Removing /usr/local/bin/gnunet* and /usr/local/lib/libgnunet*,
/usr/local/lib/GNUnet/ should help.
