Jonathan, Thanks for the work on this. Replacing gtk-qt-engines by gtk2-engines-qtcurve requires updates for those packages : - kubuntu-default-settings (which you did, thanks ! I fixed again renaming the folder and files name) - kdebase-workspace (to replace the startkde stuff properly using new conf files renamed and removing previous gtk-qt-engines.rc.sh file set in .kde/env) - kubuntu-desktop replacing gtk-qt-engines by gtk2-engines-qtcurve
