I guess people who reported the bug are following jaunty but not
closely, the gnome-settings-daemon fix has been uploaded just after
notify-osd
gnome-settings-daemon (2.25.92-0ubuntu6) jaunty; urgency=low

- list vcs url
* debian/patches/16_use_synchronous_notifications.patch:
- updated capability naming (lp: #340817)
* debian/watch:
- new file to watch upstream updates
when using an unstable distribution you might want to check for uploads
or wait a few hours before opening a bug
