I booted into my Intrepid. Started "update-manager -d", chose "Upgrade" ... packages downloaded without any problems, but this error (and few others) appeared I think during installing of new packages. ... After reboot Jaunty was unusable (e.g. not configure graphics, ...). I reinstalled Intrepid to clean install and after that did the upgrade to Jaunty again with no problem.
