@Andres, I've tried Jaunty alpha5 LiveCD but still no horizontal scroll available although checkbox is activated in "gnome-control-center --> Mouse --> Touchpad --> Enable vertical/horizontal scrolling". Also the trick doing (rmmod psmouse && modprobe psmouse) don't activate scroll for this kernel...
