Oh, yes, it was not a package putting objects on /usr/lib64 rather than /usr/lib on amd64 it was just that I had "/usr/lib64/xorg/modules" on ModulePath on xorg.conf. I don't know how that went in there and as I can't really track back the changes to that file I'll close this.
