Similar problem is reported in bug #56156 ("kino" should require package
"mjpegtools")
This is an usability problem - kino should display user-friendly error message,
like
"This action reguires *mjpegtools* software (package). Please install
mjpegtools and try again."
instead of mystic error message like now.
