In other word... edgy as well dapper each time I plug a USB device it
works for a while than the system crash.

That dmesg is the only that can I get when I plug my wireless, when I
plug usb disk the dmesg show me the mount, I can browse the disk and
copy some files for a while (about one minute) soon after the system
freeze,no more control of keyboard and mouse are available the only
things that I can do is force a power restart. Logs do not show any
erros.

kernel version is: 2.6.17-10-generic

This problems comes up only with my DELL C600, with my ASUS P4B533-E
same USB disk, same USB camera and same USB wireless works OK.

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
