The torrent properties display a list of all web seeds in the 'Peers'
tab. Unfortunately, this list is displayed in full size and the property
window is enlarged to fit the list. If a torrent hat enough web seeds,
the window grows to an immense size and cannot be resized. Official Arch
Linux torrents feature 52 web seeds, overflowing most screen sizes.
Additionally, the web seed list is placed above the peer list and other
information, removing these from the visible screen area.
Suggested fix: insert a scrollbar and limit the size of the list.
