It used to happen when you navigated away from a page or close the tab or window in which the video is embedded (in Intrepid), but this was very rare (maybe 1-2% of the time). However, in Jaunty it happens 50-100% of the time, but it only occurs when you close a WINDOW, not a tab or navigate away from the page.
