With the Gnome menu editor, I looked through all the available items in my menu. A lot of them were unselected. One of these was the item "Report bug". This item was a startlink to "/usr/share/apport/apport- gtk" but I would have guessed that this would be a startlink to open Launchpad with a new bug report. So I guessed wrong.
